Comments: If you hated green beans before trying this recipe, well, um, you’ll probably still hate them after trying this recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 LB green beans
- One tablespoon olive oil
- One teaspoon fajita seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
- Trim the stem ends from the green beans
- Place the beans in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fajita seasoning and black pepper. Toss to coat.
- Cook at 375° for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Beans should be crispy and slightly blistered when finished.
