Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken breast cut into 1″ chunks
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cups flour
- 3/4 cups Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 3 inches of peanut oil in a Dutch Oven
Directions
- Mix milk and eggs in a ziplock bag or bowl. Add chicken. Let soak for 15-20 min in fridge.
- Heat oil to 375 degrees.
- Whisk breadcrumbs, flour, powdered sugar, Kosher salt, white pepper, and chili powder.
- Dredge chicken. Let dry for a few minutes. Cook for precisely 3 min.
- Do NOT let dry on paper towels. It will soften the nuggets.
