
Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese: softened
- 1 can crab meat- pressed and very dry
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp onion power
- 1/2 tsp crush garlic
- Dash of Worchestire sauce
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- Vegetable or canola oil (used is better)
Directions
Heat bottle of oil in large pot (for deep frying)
Combine cream cheese, crab meat, ginger, onion powder, garlic, and Worcestershire Sauce in a small bowl with hand mixer.
In a small bowl combine a little bit of cornstarch in water (this is used to seal wrappers)
Place small amount of filling in the middle of the wonton wrapper. Fold in shape of triangle sealing edges with cornstarch mixture. Fold wrappers like and envelope.
Place rangoons in hot oil for about 2 mins each (or until outside is golden brown.) Place cooked rangoons on cookie sheet lined with paper towels to extract excess oil.
