
Ingredients
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 2 Tbsp chopped spring onion
- Wonton Filling
- 150 g pork mince
- 1 Tbsp chopped spring onions
- 1/2 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp Shaoxing wine
- Dash of white pepper
Directions
To make wonton filling: Mix all ingredients until well-mixed.
To cook Wontons: Heat a big pan of water until it boils. Drop a few wontons at a time and cook for 3-4 minutes (dumpling will surface to top of pot) Remove set aside and repeat until all wontons are cooked.
