Comments: Wait, what? This is obviously a high-end cookbook. What is this recipe doing in it? Because doing something simple really well is a key to success in anything. Including cooking. It’s the Dijon mustard that makes this sandwich delicious.
Ingredients
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 Cup mayo
- 1 Teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Kosher salt
- Pepper
- Bread of your choice
Directions
- Hard boil eggs (10-12 minutes from point of boil should do it). Remove from shell (my mom would tell you to run eggs under cold water to handle). Dice with knife;
- Mix in mayo (1/4 cup is a guess. Add to preferred texture) and Dijon;
- Apply salt, pepper to taste;
- Add to bread (toasted if you like) and then moan over this simple culinary delight.
