Comments: For some reason, different kinds of rice require different cooking times. This one is for Jasmine, a FarkaBerry favorite.
- Jasmine rice
- Dash of salt
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- VERY important: Rinse the rice until the water is no longer cloudy. I like to let it soak for a few minutes, then rinse. Also, I’ve probably never rinsed to the point of the water being clear. Too wasteful.
- Use equal parts water and rice. Add salt and oil.
- Set the Insta Pot for 4 min. When the alarm goes off, let the steam release naturally for 10 minutes. Voila.
