Ingredients (feeds two adults…or one Bryan)
- 1 cup rolled oats (or Quaker)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla if you like it sweeter)
- 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a sealable jar (like a Mason jar)
- Stir
- Let it sit in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours, overnight is you can
- Add more fruit and granola
