- Sour cream
- Shredded Mexican Blend cheese
- 1 can black beans or refried beans
- 1 (8 oz) block of regular cream cheese (softened)
• Preheat oven 350º
• In a small backing dish layer bottom of pan with softened cream cheese. Next add beans, then guacamole, and then first layer of shredded cheese. Next add salsa then sour cream. Finish with covering top layer with shredded cheese.
• Bake in oven until cheese on top is very melted (about 15-20 minutes)
