Ingredients:
- Shit ton skinless chicken breasts
- 15 oz can of black beans
- 10 ounces of corn
- Teaspoon cumin seeds
- Green Hot Chili Peppers to taste
- One tablespoon olive oil
- 10 oz can diced tomatoes
Directions:
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken breasts and sear for two to three minutes per side.
- Add tomatoes with green chillies, black beans, and corn. Reduce heat and let simmer until chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear, 25 to 30 minutes
- Sprinkle with cumin before serving
