Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-laden white rice (sushi rice)
- 3 cups water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions
- Follow the directions to cook the rice (Typically boil water, add rice, simmer for 15-20 min.)
- Cool the rice in the fridge
- Add vinegar, sugar, and oil to a pot, heat until the sugar melts. Add to rice and mix
